Yorkshire 3 Peaks

The Challenge

Take on the challenge and see if you can complete the three largest peaks in Yorkshire in under 12 hours. The event starts and ends in the village of Horton in Ribbledale. It is a total of 24 miles with 1500m of ascent. The first peak we will be tackling is Ingleborough (723m) following Whernside the highest peak of the day at (736m) and we will finish with Pen-y-ghent (694m).

You will have a fully qualified mountain leader with years of experience to lead you around the beautiful Yorkshire countryside supplying you with all the local knowledge of the surrounding area. All our mountain leaders are first aid trained within the outdoor environment as our biggest priority is keeping all our clients safe and in good hands.

Est Time: 10 to 13 Hours

Grade: Hard

Experience Required

You should have a good level of fitness and be comfortable walking for 6-7 hours per day with around 1000m of ascent.

Age Limit

The minimum age for Y3P is 15 years of age, but this depends on a child’s experience and ability. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult unless previously agreed with JC Outdoor Adventures.

Prices

This event is £45 per person 

Booking a group of 8 or more a discount of 10% will be applied

A 50% deposit will be made now and the rest will be invoiced 4 weeks before the event. 

We require a minimum of 4 people per event for it to go ahead, if this is not met we hold the right to cancel the event and you will be given a full refund or credit for another event.
