Lake District 10 peaks

The Challenge

Join us to take on the challenge of completing 10 substantial peaks within the heart of the Lake District. We are here to facilitate in helping you to achieve the amazing goal of completing 10 peaks within 12 hours. We will start in the Great Langdale Valley at the New Dungeon Ghyll carpark and we will end the challenge here. This is a circular walk making logistics easier for you so no prearranged transportation is needed. You will have a highly experienced and qualified guide to support you on your challenge, providing you with a fun, memorable day.

If you have a goal of completing all 214 Wainwright peaks this will give you an excellent opportunity to complete 10 in one day!

If you are a group of 8 or more people we can organise a private event for the Lake District 10 Peaks. With this you will be entitled to a discounted rate so please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Est Time: 12 to 14 Hours

Grade: Hard

Experience Required

You should have a good level of fitness and be comfortable walking for 6-7 hours per day with around 1000m of ascent.

Age Limit

The minimum age for Lake District 10 peaks is 15 years of age, but this depends on a child’s experience and ability. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult unless previously agreed with JC Outdoor Adventures.

Prices

This event is £45 per person

Booking a group of 8 or more a discount will be applied

A 50% deposit will be made now and the rest will be invoiced 4 weeks before the event.

We require a minimum of 4 people per event for it to go ahead, if this is not met we hold the right to cancel the event and you will be given a full refund or credit for another event.
